do you think pink dye would sit well and be not-hideous if i use it on my light orange hair? i know your hair was orange before pink, but i also remember you saying you bleached it a bit lighter beforehand. how much lighter? also, what pink dye are you using? it's like, this perfect peach pink cream color in some pictures. beautiful <3 _ <3
I think pink dye is AWESOME over orange hair! It turns it this amazing peach! I bleached my hair the first time just enough to get as much of the red out of my orange as I could. My hair was like, a light tangerine color the first time I pinked with N Rage Bubblegum pink it it looked like THIS and faded to THIS & THIS then after it faded all the way out to THIS with two inch roots I went to buy some more pink and they were out of N Rage, so I used Manic Panic Cotton Candy pink. I wrote a blog about it HERE. N Rage had WAY better staying power than Manic Panic, but I LOVED the color manic panic gave me, so in more recent pictures like THIS I mixed N Rage Bubblegum Pink with some conditioner and a spoonful of Manic Panic Ultra Violet to help cut out some of the NEON pink N Rage give me.
